Chiropractic For Optimal Nervous system health

I won’t get too technical here….chiropractic aligns the spine to allow for the nerves that innervate all of your muscles and organs to work their best, so they can function the way they are supposed to. When our body is functioning at a more optimal level it can result in a decrease or elimination of pain. It not only helps us to perform our daily tasks more easily but also helps to boost our muscle strength and function.

You see, even though the spine is being aligned your muscles are as well. After all, there are many muscles that are attached to our spine. So, not only do you get the nerves that make your muscles activate work better for you, you also get your muscles to work in the right way. This will make your daily tasks easier and help you perform better when you exercise.

Pro Choice

Enhance Your Body

This adjustment is for those people who are serious about their health and performance.

It includes spinal and extremity alignment (spine, shoulders, elbows, hips, and feet).

*must be actively working out and have no conditions that need a comprehensive evaluation.

Kinesiology Tape

Reduce Soreness, Increase Performance

Kinesiology taping decreases soreness by lifting the top layer of your skin up, allowing for more circulation so that the debris from your repairing muscles is whisked away more quickly and you feel less strain.

Kinesiology taping also helps with proprioception to remind you where your body is in time and space. It’s a big deal if you are hyperextending a joint during your workout and you need to be reminded.

About Dr. Schweitzer

Kristiane Schweitzer, DC, RN grew up in a small one story home in Canoga Park, California. She knew at a young age that she wanted to help people. She decided to go back to school to get her RN degree.

During her time in the RN program at Los Angeles Pierce College, she was on the Dean’s List, the President’s List and a part of Alpha Gamma Sigma Scholastic Honor Society. Upon completion she received an Academic Achievement Award.

Dr. Schweitzer has spent the past 20 years as a RN helping patients to calm their nerves before surgery, ensure their safety during surgery, make them comfortable after surgery and instruct them on how to care for themselves at home.

She always kept learning to get to a place where she could help more people in more impactful ways. Dr. Schweitzer received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at the Southern California University of Health Sciences, to achieve that goal. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and received a Special Recognition of Service award for helping to save her Dean’s life on graduation day.

She has helped many patients, as well as herself, with neuromuscular skeletal disorders since that time. Now, Dr. Schweitzer wants to bring all that she’s learned and experienced to you!

What Our Clients Say

These testimonials are taking from Yelp reviews.

"I feel so much more relaxed and less pain after my very first treatment. Dr. Schweitzer truly cares about her patients and tailors treatments to the needs of her clients. She definitely does not take a "one size fits all" approach to treating her patients."

"Working with kindergarten children every day I find myself bending and moving sometimes in awkward positions. Needless to say my spine felt constricted. I decided to see Dr. Schweitzer and I'm so grateful I did. She was very thorough asking about my condition, where I felt pain, and she worked carefully on my back in every area that was bothering me. I had more issues than I realized and she was able to help me tremendously. Not only am I pain-free but I feel younger and more mobile than ever! Thank you Dr. Schweitzer!"

" Dr. Kristiane Schweitzer is wonderful. She is very good at what she does and she has an intuitive understanding of just what your body needs. I have no major injuries but have been to her a couple of times when I felt just a bit out of alignment or had some small pain and I always leave feeling lighter and freer in my body after seeing her. One thing I really appreciate is how well she "listens in" to your body and she will not force anything it is not ready for. As a writer, I also very much appreciate that she is great at reminding you of how important everyday posture awareness is. I highly recommend her Youtube videos for quick and easy exercises to improve your posture."
